Each sachet includes 10 grams of The Salty Greek Mild Chilli Blend, which is about the equivalent of a tablespoon. This sachet will season enough for a first cook to truly understand the flavour. That’s about 4 potatoes (or around 600g of chopped veggies) or 4 lamb chops (or around 500g of meat, like mince or chicken thighs).

Ingredients:

The Mild Chilli Blend includes salt, oregano, black pepper, cumin, rosemary, parsley, dill, garlic salt, basil, fennel, chilli powder and chilli flakes.

We use all natural ingredients, no preservatives or fillers – just dried herbs and spices. Each jar has a batch number and best before date, but this just indicates when dried herbs and spices are at their freshest – they can still be used after this (if your jar lasts that long!).

This product is also vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and sugar-free.

How to use:

The Mild Chilli Blend is a hot take on our Signature Blend. The blend can be used on everything to sprinkle, marinade, dry rub, infuse, pickle, brine, grind, garnish and more.

Shake well before use to evenly distribute the blend. Store in a cool dark place away from sunlight and heat.

Top tips:

Just add more of the Mild Chilli Blend for a spicier taste.

Try citrus juice and zest: lemon, lime, orange; vinegars: white, white wine, red wine, apple cider, balsamic; verjuice; or a splash of wine to highlight and balance the flavours.
