Father’s Day Competition Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. One entry per person. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of The Salty Greek are not eligible to enter. Entries must not contain offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify such entries.

  2. How to Enter: Complete the entry form and tell us, in 100 words or less, about your father figure’s favourite food and why. 

  3. Entry Period: Entries close at 11:59pm Australian Central Daylight Time on Thursday, August 28th, 2025.

  4. Prize: One (1) Gift Box will be awarded to the winning entry. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected based on creativity and emotional impact. Judging decisions are final. Using the contact details provided here, the winner will be notified by email (or mobile if needed) on Friday, August 30th, 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, a new winner may be selected to enable enough time for delivery. 

  6. Delivery: The prize will be sent via courier/post to ensure it arrives in time for Father’s Day. The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay in prize delivery, although we will make all the necessary steps to get your package delivered securely and on time!

  7. Use of Entries: By entering, you grant permission that we may use your entry (such as the story, food or first name/initials only) in promotional materials. If you would like this to remain private, please contact us and we will respect your wishes. Your details will only be used to contact you regarding this competition unless you opt-in for marketing communications.

  8. Privacy: Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of this competition, unless you opt in for further communication like to the email newsletter. 

  9. General: This competition is run by The Salty Greek, contact details found on their Privacy Policy page. The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any platform where it is promoted on. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
