The Signature Blend includes salt, oregano, black pepper, cumin, rosemary, parsley, dill, garlic salt, basil, fennel.
The Mild Chilli Blend includes salt, oregano, black pepper, cumin, rosemary, parsley, dill, garlic salt, basil, fennel, chilli powder, and chilli flakes.
We use all natural ingredients, no preservatives or fillers – just dried herbs and spices. Each jar has a batch number and best before date, but this just indicates when dried herbs and spices are at their freshest – they can still be used after this (if your jar lasts that long!).
This product is also vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and sugar-free. For those that follow a FODMAP diet, our blend only contains less than 1% of garlic.
How to use:
The Salty Greek can be incorporated before, during and after cooking. For a richer flavour, marinade proteins for 30 minutes or longer. The blend can be used on everything to sprinkle, marinade, dry rub, infuse, pickle, brine, grind, garnish and more.
Tip: Just add more of the chilli blend for a spicier taste, or a spritz of lime to highlight and balance the flavours.
Shake well before use to evenly distribute the blend. Store in a cool dark place away from sunlight and heat.
Top tip:
We highly recommend squeezing lemon juice before serving to take it to the next level.
Adding any acidic element is important to balance the flavours in cooking and let the blend truly ✨shine✨
Try citrus juice and zest: lemon, lime, orange; vinegars: white, white wine, red wine, apple cider, balsamic; verjuice; or a splash of wine!
