Australia-wide Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, but shipping times may vary due to freight delays with postal services.

Stay tuned we will be offering a Loyalty Plan and have discounted shipping rates.

Local Pick-Up

For Adelaide locals, we offer pick up so you can save on shipping. Pick up is available Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm. An email or text will be sent when your order is ready for pickup, please call or email to make other arrangements. 

Google Maps does not provide the best directions, location is corner of Musgrave and Welland Avenue, drive around the rear of the workshop, look for the pickup sign and ring the bell

International Shipping

Unfortunately we are unable to to ship internationally at this point, but hope to expand in the future.

Returns

 

30 Day Satisfaction Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Salty Greek. We highly recommend you order a sample pack before purchasing the jar or pouch item. If you are really not 100% satisfied with your goods and want to make a return you have 30 days after receiving your item.  Please take the following steps:

  • Email us to briefly inform us of the reason for your return, with your order number.

  • Pack unused goods in their original packaging (if possible).

  • Ship using a company of your choice, eg. Australia Post or courier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Please address the package to the following address:

After receiving the unused and undamaged goods we will notify you and give you a refund you on your original payment method.

Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product, please contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to arrange a full replacement! Please take the following steps:

  • Email us to briefly inform us of the issue, with your order number and pictures if possible.

  • Please feel free to keep or dispose the damaged item. We will ship you out a replacement of the damaged items asap.

Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure both address and phone number are correct so we can contact you via email and/or phone in cases where the Shipping Company is unable to deliver to you. We will attempt every effort to communicate and ensure you have your order.
